A friend of mine found this book while cleaning out a family member's house, and gifted it to me. It was published in 1969! Such a great read and full of so many gems of knowledge regarding foot reflexology and health. I got many chuckles from some of the dated language and stories, but the overall message remains, as the author so eloquently stated...😁👣❤️

YES, indeed! Foot zone therapy is a non-invasive form of body work that can produce amazing results! By stimulating specific acupressure points on the feet, the body is brought into a state of calm, balance, and healing via nerve impulses and energy meridians.

Hi, and welcome! I thought it was time to do a little intro. I'm Lilla, the owner and creator of Harmony Health & Wholeness. I am originally from Louisiana, but Colorado has been my home for over 17 years. I'm a serial entrepreneur, having owned several businesses, from pet-sitting/pet food delivery to food truck to zero waste/refill shop. I recently sold the refill shop and became certified in foot zone therapy, which is a modality that incorporates acupressure and reflexology. I am passionate about holistic healing and living and hope to bring more awareness to my community about the powerful benefits of foot zone therapy! Gemstones have specific vibrational frequencies that can be used to impact our physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. They can help heal imbalances within the body and bring a sense of well-being.

During a foot zone session, you get to choose the gemstone that calls to you at that time. We then reference the gemstone to its specific physical, mental, emotional and spiritual qualities and use it during the session. It is fascinating to see how clients are always drawn to the gemstone that resonates with their specific needs!
