Bountiful Health

Each of us has an inherent Health inside us. I help clients find what pinches off that Health and rel What’s the first thing you do? You have to unpack it, right?

Have you ever gone looking for something in a packed closet? Why? Because you need space to see what’s there. And usually you find more unwanted garbage than wanted treasures. Things you’d forgotten, things you’d tucked away “just in case.”
We hold on to stuff, we pack it away, and most of the time we don’t even remember that we’ve done it. That’s the first step in creating Bountiful Health. I help people unpack all the pieces that keep them from the health that’s inherent inside every person. Sometimes those things are unwanted and sometimes those things would actually benefit the journey. These could be:
--Beliefs that no longer serve us
--Cautions that were one time helpful but now only slow us down
--Treasured things that bring joy, that we delight in seeing again once we’ve uncovered them
--Amazing tools that would really help to create exactly what is wanted in life, tools we’ve forgotten that we even possess

And, that’s what I do. I assist my clients in creating space--unpacking, decluttering and re-patterning his or her being-ness
--Helping to find the pieces that bring joy, purpose, and fulfillment
--Releasing those that hinder growth and flow

I offer up to 90 minutes of undivided attention and skilled listening to include gentle hands-on Craniosacral therapy, conversation, postural analysis and repositioning, and gait re-training to develop new, healthier patterns in the body-mind. Over time I begin to integrate tools for homework such as meditations, visualizations, stretching and strengthening exercises, and more, to empower the client to begin living the Life of Bountiful Health that is intrinsic to every human being. A client just left my office and with her permission I’m sharing a portion of our conversation:

Client lying on the table, me at the head of the table 👸🏼
I shift position and move my hands

Client: oh my gosh, how did you know to go there?
Me: your body told me
C: that’s crazy! I was just noticing the discomfort there and then you moved your hands!
Me: that’s the biggest part of my job, to listen to your body. When you’re on my table it’s like a dance between us. Only, you’re the lead and I’m the partner
