As we wrap up the year, we are proud to reflect on the impact of "What’s On Your Mind?" In 2025 alone, we had the opportunity to present to 786 students, and since 2022, we have reached a total of 2,411 students.

One recent teacher shared, “One of the best su***de prevention presentation I have seen.” Feedback like this reminds us why this work matters. "What’s On Your Mind?" (WOYM) is an interactive, classroom based presentation designed to support high school students’ mental health by building coping skills, sharing lived experiences, and connecting students with trusted resources.

We are excited to continue showing up as a collaborative presentation that demonstrates to our youth and community the importance of unity and how together we can make a difference. We cannot wait to visit more high schools and high school age serving organizations to continue bringing awareness and helping open and normalize conversations around mental health.

If you would like us to present in your space or would like more information, please contact us at 📧WOYM2022@gmail.com

SPP had the opportunity to visit to present on how to show up for yourself during times when regular connections like school and outside organizations may not be available especially during the holidays ❄️

We talked about using the Wheel of Sources of Strength to help identify support systems and ways to lean into personal strengths. Our Teen Board members also shared their own coping mechanisms and helped lead the “Spray the Love” 🌸 activity reminding everyone of the power of connectedness, compassion, and building on our strengths to get us through hard days.

Thank you IOYS for welcoming us and for creating space for meaningful conversations and support. 💛✨🧡

Don’t wait for someone to reach out—be the one to reach in. 💛
Keep someone in your heart and on your mind. A simple call, text, or message can remind them they’re seen, valued, and not alone.

Connection saves lives. Be the presence someone needs today.
