Last week kept us busy in the best way as we spent time at The Bijou School and Sand Creek High School presenting “What’s On Your Mind?”. A big thank you to The Bijou School for having us back and to Sand Creek High School for inviting us in for two days. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to work with your students and continue building these partnerships.

The students were engaged, thoughtful, and brought great energy to each session, which made our time even more meaningful. Also keeping it real, we were so busy presenting that we only managed to take one picture, but we promise it was a great three days all around.

We look forward to continuing our partnership with both schools and coming back again soon 💛🧡

When leaders, partners, and community members come together to talk openly about mental health, stigma, connection, and hope, we create spaces where prevention can truly take root.

Our Executive Director, Cass Walton, was grateful to be part of the COSILoveYou's Annual COS Leadership Summit, helping facilitate this important conversation alongside SPP Board President, David Galvan and Lauren Eckhart from Children’s Hospital. These moments of shared learning and honest dialogue help move our community closer to a culture where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered to seek help.

To our graduating seniors, Class of 2026 🎓

This is such a bittersweet time for us. While we are so excited for everything ahead of you, it is hard to imagine our Teen Board without your presence, your leadership, and your heart.

Thank you for the countless ways you have shown up. Your compassion, your vulnerability, and your courage to use your voice have made a lasting impact not only on this group but on our entire community. You have helped bring awareness, create space for healing, and remind others that they are not alone. That is something truly powerful.

As we head into these final weeks of your high school journey, we are so grateful for all that you have given and so proud of who you are becoming. Let’s finish strong.

To our community, help us celebrate these incredible seniors and wish them the best as they close out this chapter. Youth voices matter and their impact will continue far beyond this moment. 💛✨

Information is power. When people have access to credible, trusted mental health information, we replace fear with understanding, myths with facts, and silence with conversation.
