Every emotion triggers specific thoughts and behaviors. Love triggers these thoughts:

Acceptance is an important skill to learn. It brings peace and lifts the weight of trying to control things that aren't under your control. Learn to let those things go and focus on yourself. That is the only thing you can control anyway.

Mindfulness keeps you in the moment. Don't judge it. Just notice it. This gives you access to what you need. That's where life lives.
Your relationship with you isn't easy if you're loaded with guilt, shame, anger, regret, etc. Focus on what you can do that brings you real joy and do it. It's one of the ways to get and stay present with yourself.
