It includes a wide range of simple lifestyle habits that, if followed will lead to a healthier and happier you, no matter if you’re a couch potato or an avid athlete. It is certainly easier to a make a habit than to break one but how long does this habit forming process really take to stick? At Healthdare, we have taken the widely accepted 21-30 day rule and gone even further. We have developed a 40 day Dare that can be adapted and tailored for people of all ages and ability levels. It is simple. Follow our ‘5 healthy ways’ for 40 days and create a happier and healthier you overall. Our 40 day Dare includes 40 minutes of physical exercise, drinking 40 ounces of water, eating three colorful meals and two healthy snacks, building core strength with 20 push-ups and 20 sit-ups, and maintaining (not gaining) a healthy weight. We are flexible and provide plenty of modifications for any of these healthy ways. For example, the core strength can certainly be replaced with Yoga or Pilates, or a push-up modification. Our aim is to help you instill healthy lifestyle habits that will lead to a healthier you overall. We hope to provide you with the tools to continue these healthy habits far beyond the 40 day Dare.
