Hello! I provide telehealth therapy services throughout the states of Colorado and Washington through Mindful Springs Counseling!
I am in-network with BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, and UHC. I also accept private pay and offer a military discount.
My specialities include working with ages 12+ and focusing on trauma, depression, anxiety, adoption, neurodivergence, perinatal mental health, and substance use/addiction. I am also a Brainspotting practitioner.
