You might be wondering how I got certified. Well, I graduated from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2015. I learned all about holistic nutrition and how our physical environment impacts our nutritional choices. I went on to work part time for the YMCA’s corporate wellness department. While there I started my own practice. In 2020, I wanted to expand my nutrition knowledge so I completed
the Precision Nutrition program. This was more of a way simplifying tracking and macros. I’m also a HUGE Beachbody supporter!! I had a client introduce me to Beachbody. I was skeptical at first but I was intrigued. After giving it a shot for myself and helping others get on board I’m a believer! I believe that with the right guidance and support ANYONE can achieve their goals with these programs. I’d love to help you reach yours.
