Do you spend time doing things you love? Sports, art, yoga, meditations, hiking, reading, spending time in nature, serving others, traveling.....

Are you living life to its fullest?

Do you spend time with people you love and enjoy?

When you look at your work - does it add value and give you purpose? Do you enjoy it? Are you happy?

How often do you think about things like this?

Spending time in reflection and review can be so beneficial to make sure we have our priorities in place!

Only you can decide what's most important.

You have the power to live life completely on your terms.

We have one amazing life. What if you could do what you love, make a living doing it, and not have to run from work or things you don't enjoy?

I truly believe we can have it all and live a life completely on our terms.

Yes, we may need to buck the norm....but really what is the norm?

Who decided "the norm" was the way to go?

Who's running your life? You? Or the rules /norms you learned along the way?

You'll see me on the golf course, softball field, spending time with my kids, hubs, family and friends. Living a life as full as I possibly can filled with things that bring me joy while serving others.

My kind of "rich" is that where I'm not answering to anyone else, creating my own rules and living and working in a way that serves me and my family best.

I'm late in posting but I was perfect with my nutrition and food following the plan I teach my friends and clients that sign up to do the with me and I feel AMAZING!

My energy is high, my golf pants were falling down yesterday, my skin is super clear, my goals are bigger than ever, my self discipline has improved greatly, I just feel AWESOME!!

My workouts weren't 100% following the / I was doing bc of a few sick days thanks to the little one, but my exercise habits have even improved big time. And my water drinking ability is thru the charts! haha

I get 5-6 workouts in a week with resistance training, stretching or PT type stuff for the previous hard core athlete in me that needs recovery cause I think I still got it! I get a walk in daily now and my dog loves me even more! I feel GREAT!

I love doing a reset like this before summer and am continuing on with more friends that just started their challenge on Monday!

Anyone want to join us? The next group starts May 17th!

Here I am finishing March strong and ready for April. I challenged my monthly fb group to do with me for the month of April!

I haven't ever done it and know I can do it for at least a month if not longer. Wanna join me? I need accountability buddies baaaad!!!!!

I've got a fb group you can join if you want to have all the workouts planned out for you and join in while we workout live. Reach out for details...it's not a free group, but it doesn't break the bank either!

Daily tasks:
Drink a gallon of water
Complete two 45 min workouts - 1 outside
Read 10 pages of a book
Follow nutrition plan - for me
Take a progress pic
No alcohol or cheat meals

If you miss a task, you start over!

I can do it. You can do it! Who wants in? It works with perfect timing for our April 5th Healthy Living Challenge!!

I'm starting a 45 day challenge today! No gluten, dairy, refined sugar, coffee or alcohol. Want to join me! I modified from 75 to be done before Thanksgiving. ðŸĪ·â€â™€ïļðŸ˜‰ðŸ—ðŸĨ‚

I had a smoothie for breakfast and made some breakfast tacos for lunch.

Anyone else able to eat breakfast all day every day?! I've got pumpkin muffins and cinnamon roll cookies I made as a snack and will sneak some fruit, veggies and probably a smoothie for dinner since we're on the go tonight! 🏒🏒

My face right now 👇 I am grateful, humble, content and still wanting more.

What you do matters. Who you touch matters. How you make people feel matters. Sometimes what we do is hard. Sometimes we question what we do and why we do it.

At the end of the day, can you say you gave it your all and did your best? Can you say your heart was in it for the right reasons? Do you give grace when its needed? Do you expect the most from yourself? Are you there for the title or there to make an impact?
