Hey Yoga Teachers and Friends! We're doing a couple of classes for students and families at Inspiration View Elementary School this week (Wed 4:30-6:30 pm). We could use a helper/assistant for classes. Anyone interested?

We get requests all year for kids yoga. We're on it! Besides offering classes after school at individual schools, we're starting 8-week Yoga for Kids at Meadows Park Community Center beginning right after Labor Day!

Hello, Friends! I just invited you to a fundraiser for Peaceful Warriors at Goat Patch Brewery in Colorado Springs. I was lazy and just invited the first 500 friends on my list, realizing that many of you cannot come to Colorado for a beer.
Also, if you would like to join me at my tee-totaling table, you can drop a dollar in the jar without purchasing a pint!
Tee totaler has no connection with drinking tea. Who knew???
