Please join us in welcoming Amy Willner, the new Executive Director at Brandywine Living at Colts Neck!

Amy brings 24 years of dedicated experience in assisted living, beginning her career as an Activity Assistant and growing through roles in marketing before rising to Executive Director. A familiar and well-loved leader, Amy spent 17 years with Brandywine including 11 years at Colts Neck before leading Mountain Ridge and Governor’s Crossing.

She also served as VP of the Private Pay Division at CareFinders Home Care, but her heart led her back to assisted living and ultimately back home to Colts Neck.

Passionate about creating meaningful, resident-centered communities, Amy is thrilled to rejoin Brandywine by Monarch and continue changing lives through exceptional care.

Outside of work, she loves time with family and friends—and cherishes being a grandmother to five beautiful grandchildren.

Our residents and their families had a spook-tacular time celebrating Halloween at our Trunk or Treat! From festive car trunks and colorful pumpkin painting to candy, laughter, and plenty of smiles, it was a wonderful afternoon shared with family, friends, and our amazing community. 💜

A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who joined in the fun and helped make this event so special for our residents — your kindness and creativity truly made the day unforgettable! 🧡🕸️

We had an absolute blast at our Oktoberfest celebration with our friends at Imperial Healthcare and Waypoint Legal! From the mouthwatering food made by our talented dining team to the awesome beverage truck and all the great conversations in between — it was an afternoon full of fun, laughter, and new connections. 🥨🌭🍺
