The Reign Co . My work as a social worker/therapist and my passion of pregnancy, labor and delivery and maternal care has led me to becoming a doula.

Through my own journey to parenthood (pregnancy loss, fertility struggles, pregnancy after loss, labor and delivery, and the whirlwind of the postpartum period,) I have an awareness of the importance of having a supportive group of people surrounding this time of life. My approach to birth work is rooted in empathy, respect, and care. Every birthing person deserves to be heard, seen, and supported throughout their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. My role as your doula is to provide unwavering support to your family by offering evidence-based information, emotional care, and physical comfort measures. I believe that every birthing person has the right to make informed choices about their birth experience, and I am here to support them in making those choices. I can’t wait to work together!
