Due to the declared snow emergency, Centennial Primary Care & Physical Therapy and FirstCall Medical Centerare closed today. If you had an in-person appointment scheduled, someone from our team will be in touch to reschedule.

Patient Pass, our VIRTUAL Urgent Care, will open at 8 AM so you can be seen from the comfort of your home! Text "CARE" to (410) 397-7575 to connect with a provider.
