The Maury Regional Physical Therapy team had a great time cheering on runners and connecting with the community at this year’s Mule Kick 5K & 1-Mile Trot!

As a sponsor of the event, we were proud to be on-site to support participants with tips, encouragement and recovery advice. We also helped lead stretches and warm-ups before the race kicked off.

It’s National Athletic Trainer Month!

Maury Regional Health has 10 athletic trainers covering more than 1,100 games per year across Maury, Marshall and Lewis County public high schools, Columbia Academy and Columbia State Community College. This month, we celebrate the dedicated professionals who keep our local student athletes safe, strong and ready to perform. From injury prevention to recovery, their expertise makes a difference every day. Thank you for your commitment to helping students with health, wellness and getting athletes back into the game!
