Sometimes we seek advice or validation from people who’ve never walked our path — and wonder why we feel even more lost.

And sometimes, deep down, we know we’re on the wrong path… but we stay, thinking it’s too late to turn back.

But the truth is: the earlier you pause, reflect, and choose differently — the closer you get to healing.

You don’t need permission to change direction. You only need clarity and courage. 💭

A veces buscamos consejos o validación de personas que nunca han recorrido nuestro camino, y luego nos preguntamos por qué nos sentimos aún más perdidos.

Here’s how to start:
✅ Use “I” statements: “I feel overwhelmed when I take on too many tasks.”
✅ Stay calm and steady—tone matters
✅ Practice in low-stakes situations to build confidence
✅ Remind yourself: setting boundaries isn’t rude, it’s necessary

With time, assertiveness becomes a path to freedom and self-respect.
