Your workouts should look simple but not easy
I’ve been doing the same things consistently for about 3-4 months now so I felt like this post was boring but I think that’s the point of training. It should look the same most of the time.
Didn’t do Nordics today because my hamstrings were sore from sprinting yesterday so did back extensions instead.
Also been incorporating side bends consistently for a couple of years now and I really think those have been a game changer
