Father’s Day can bring joy, grief, gratitude, or even pain.
✨ For some, it’s a celebration of connection.
💔 For others, it’s a reminder of absence, loss, or unmet expectations.
👨👧👦 And for those parenting while healing themselves—your presence matters more than you know.
Today in therapy, we honor all experiences:
• Those missing their dads
• Dads doing their best, despite not having a role model
• Fathers who’ve experienced loss
• Children estranged from their fathers
• And those breaking generational cycles
Whatever Father’s Day means for you—your feelings are valid. Take space to feel, to grieve, to reflect, or to celebrate in your own way. You don’t have to make this day look like anyone else’s.
