Meet Olivia Ryncarz, one of our passionate and dedicated occupational therapist here at Blossom! She earned her B.S. from the University of Dayton and her Master’s in OT from Walsh University.

Olivia has experience working with children in both public and specialized school settings, supporting fine motor development, emotional regulation, and sensory processing. She also brings unique experience from the mental health field, having helped launch an OT program at a domestic violence shelter.

At Blossom, Olivia is excited to help kids build confidence and everyday life skills through fun, meaningful therapy. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, testing new recipes, and exploring her new home in Columbus!

Meet Ali Wozniak!

Ali is a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with a passion for helping children find their voice! She holds a Bachelor's in Communication Sciences & Disorders and a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from Ohio University.

Ali brings a wealth of experience from working in outpatient clinics, schools, and private practice. She specializes in treating speech sound disorders, language delays, social communication challenges, and supporting children who use AAC.

Known for her collaborative spirit, Ali loves partnering with families, teachers, and fellow professionals to help every child thrive.

When she’s not in the therapy room, you’ll find her exploring new restaurants, traveling, or spending quality time with loved ones.

Looking for an easy way to get kids moving and working on important skills? Try Freeze Dance! Just play your child’s favorite music and pause it randomly. When the music stops, they FREEZE like a statue!

This simple game boosts body control, listening skills, and reaction time. It’s also a total blast! Great for indoor movement breaks or just burning off energy.

Movement and balance activities are a fun and effective way to support gross motor development at home. Try simple exercises like:

-Balance beam games
-Jumping jacks and hopscotch

Exercises like these help kids build strength, body awareness, and self-regulation while still having a blast!
