Nik’s c-moss Fruit Gel’s FAQ’s
I can’t begin to express the gratitude I have for the amount of support you all have shown my small business! I am busier than ever trying to enrich the community with good health and longevity. I wanted to answer some frequently asked questions that I receive from my customers.
1. Once received and opened does it have to be kept refrigerated? Yes, your sea moss should always be kept refrigerated.
2. How long will a 16oz jar last? It can last in the refrigerator for about a month. However, the recommended serving size is 1-2 tablespoons a day and there are 32 tablespoons in a 16oz jar. Depending on your desired rate of consumption it will last anywhere from 2-4 weeks if taken daily. (It will last in the freezer for 4-6 months)
3. How should I take it? The majority of people put it in their smoothies or drinks. I on the other hand, take it right out of the jar like a big girl lol.
4. What does it taste like? Sea Moss is from the ocean so it has a bit of an ocean taste to it which is why I began adding fruit to the gel. Try not to focus so much on the taste as the health benefits are much more valuable.
5. What is your favorite flavor? I am a fan of all 3 fruit gels however the added health benefits of the Elderberry and Trinity are not to be ignored.
