For those souls that get seasonal depression, it's time to up that self-care before it hits! You might lessen its impact or avoid it altogether.
Ask yourself: what do I need more of in this season?? More water, more rest, more vitamin D, more exercise, more prayer, more therapy, more veggies, more fruit?
Go to bed on time.
Wake up earlier.
Practice deep breathing.
Try journaling.
Reconnect with your people.
You got this! You have to do the work though. How are you taking care of you today?
