That dreaded time of the year is back ... Flu season 😫

No one has time for the flu! I always get asked "what does sea moss do to prevent me from catching the flu?"
Great question......👇🏾

Things that help manage mucus build-up:

▪️Stay hydrated! I can't stress that enough!
▪️Drink warm lemon water upon waking up - loosen any toxins trapped in your digestive tract
▪️Limit the amount of fried foods
▪️Consume sea moss gel EVERY SINGLE DAY!
▪️Limit dairy products and opt for non dairy such as almond milk, oat milk, etc.
▪️Consume lots of fruits & veggies
