I'm asked time and time again how do I have time to run my business with all that I've got on my plate?

That dreaded time of the year is back 😫 sinus/allergies! I always get asked this question 👆🏾 and how I manage without taking meds?

T͟h͟i͟n͟g͟s͟ t͟h͟a͟t͟ w͟i͟l͟l͟ h͟e͟l͟p͟ m͟a͟n͟a͟g͟e͟ s͟i͟n͟u͟s͟u͟s͟:

- Consume sea moss gel EVERY SINGLE DAY!
- Stay hydrated! I can't stress that enough!
- A weekly routine of using salt water saline to flush the nasal passages of allergins.
- Limit the amount of fried foods!
- Limit dairy products and opt for non dairy such as almondmilk, oatmilk and etc.
- Consume lots of fruits & veggies
