Happy New Year! As you look towards the year ahead, I encourage each one of you to recognize the good things that happen in life, no matter how small. And maybe even write it down and fill a jar with these amazing things. When we turn our focus towards all the good things that happen, more good starts to happen. It's the gift that keeps on giving!

My goal for this year: write down good things that happen or things I'm thankful for on a weekly basis, and fill a jaris is my goal for this year.
