No Limits No Boundaries, LLC

No Limits No Boundaries, LLC Juvenile Diversion & Family Coaching The goal of the program is to provide direct services to sixty individuals between the ages of 12-17 years.

To: Parents, court personnel, schoolteachers and ministerial staff

The No Limits, No Boundaries LLC, Juvenile Diversion and Family Coaching is urging community leaders and court officials that work directly with the juvenile population and their parents to make referrals to the N.L.N.B (No Limits No Boundaries, Juvenile Diversion and Family Coaching) program. Since the partners initial launch in

2007, it has modified its approach and discovered evidence based strategies that provide intense social intervention to elementary, middle and high school youth. Many of these youth are first time offenders and show great promise or greatness, but lack a community support network, a positive role model and host of resources that directs them back on the path to positive peer relationships and respect for authority. The direct services include supervised community services projects which teach team building, community responsibility and empathy for those in the community who also struggle due to poverty, homeless and other social ills. The workshops focus on topics which include but not limited to: Making Positive Choices, Anger Management, Resisting negative peer pressure, Conflict Resolution on the streets and in the neighborhood, Workforce Development and Financial Literacy, Teen Pregnancy, Domestic Violence and Obesity. The workshops are delivered in a participatory interactive style that encourages each youth to directly confront their issues and the root causes of their bad behavior. The most recent analysis of statistical data indicates that the youth would benefit from more intense interventions, which is reflected in the redesign and program modification. Risk level needs assessments would greatly benefit the youth participants to determine how much intervention is needed, so that we can maintain a group of youth who are low to moderate risk, of which tend to be receptive to mentoring and social intervention programming. The N.L.N.B staff can confidently state that youth who participate in the program are less likely to re-offend than youth who are exposed to same level of weekly positive influences, workshops, activities, mentor ship and grassroots level case management.
