For many people (…and nearly ALL who have culturally been pummeled with messaging around extreme dieting or excessive workout routines…) stress is often a huge element of health we ignore, in pursuit of chasing a goal or body type that is unnatural and actually unhealthy!
But what if the stress from over-thinking your eating decisions is worse than the food you’re over-thinking?!
If you struggle with obsessive calorie counting, have chronically yo-yo dieted with an “all or nothing” mindset, or over exercise based on what you ate… you might be focusing on the wrong health pillar 🤔
Improving stress is often linked to things like longevity, disease prevention and aging, which is all true.. but also.. it will improve your present self and day-to-day experience moving through the world, too 🙌
