Nature is one of my favorite ways to come back to myself. 🌱

If you’ve been asking for guidance, try this today (or this week):

Step outside—even for two minutes. Pause. Place a hand on your heart. Ask to connect with your Higher Self.

Then ask one question:
“What does my soul want me to know right now?”

🦋 For me, clarity doesn’t come when I try to force it into being. But small things - like a walk in nature, sitting by a fire, or playing singing bowls bring me back into alignment (and clear the static on the line).

And it’s often after I gift myself space to be… that the answers naturally rise to the surface.

Often, we already have the answers inside of us.
The real question is: can we get quiet enough to hear them?

Florida Water as an Intuitive Protective Practice ✨🌿

If you’re feeling a little “too open,” extra sensitive, or like you picked up some energy that isn’t yours… Florida Water can be a simple, beautiful way to reset.

I don’t use protection as a fear thing.
I use it as a boundaries + clarity thing.

Florida Water has a long history in spiritual traditions as a cleansing, uplifting cologne - often used to clear the field and refresh the mind.

3 easy ways to use it (choose what feels right):

🌿1) Hands + Aura Sweep (30 seconds)
Put a few drops in your palms, rub hands together, then gently sweep your hands over your body from head to toe (front + back). As you do: “Only what’s mine stays. Everything else releases.”

🌿2) Doorway Reset (my favorite)
Add a splash to a small bowl of water. Dip your fingers and lightly mark your doorway or do a quick wipe of the doorknob. Intention: “Only supportive energy enters.”

🌿3) Shower Finish
After your shower, dilute a few drops in water and smooth it down your arms/neck/shoulders (avoid eyes + sensitive areas). Intention: “I seal my energy field in light.”

Bonus: After sessions / readings
A drop in palms + a quick aura sweep can help you disconnect and recenter.

Important note:
Always patch test first, keep away from eyes, and dilute if your skin is sensitive.

And remember—your intention is the real magic. Florida Water is just a lovely helper. 💛
