Annie is a beast Olympic weightlifter that came to us with persistent pain and mobility limitations that were affecting her training and lifts. Through a performance-focused approach, we identified the movement restrictions and technique inefficiencies contributing to her issues. Then we got to work! With targeted mobility work, strength progressions, and lift-specific coaching, she has been able to move more efficiently, reduce pain, and train with improved confidence and safety.

🤩Constant back and hip pain GONE!

Ryan came in dealing with persistent back and hip pain that was limiting his training and daily activity. Todd is a busy dad, when he has time for the gym he wants to make sure his time is well spent. So when something started getting in the way of his normal workouts he knew he had to do something.

After a power clean gone awry- he was left dealing with some significant wrist pain. Unsure if he should go see his doctor, he scheduled an appointment with Dr. Taylor for a professional assessment. Knowing this was just a bad sprain- we gave Todd some customized rehab exercises to improve his movement and alleviate his pain. He saved time, money, and unnecessary visits to his doctor.

Now he has the confidence and the tools to make sure his wrist stays healthy and he can get back to working out. Thank you Todd!
