I am able to take the following insurances: Aetna, ChoiceCare, Cigna, First Health, Health Reach Preferred, Medical Mutual, NGS(OSU), Optima, Optum, UMR, United Healthcare, and Zelis Healthcare. I also offer self pay options on a sliding fee scale if you do not have one of these insurances.
