Out with the steel, in with the aluminum, as they say? Our GMC 3500 is getting its second transformation with goodies from our trusted friends at Reiselt's Machine Works. They helped us build it the first time 6 years ago, and now it’s ready for a much deserved easier life. We’re long overdue again for sharing our projects. Here’s a repair we did recently for Danbert Contractors. This lifting eye got half drug off while transporting the excavator it was hooked to. And to no one’s surprise, the manufacturer did not offer a new weld on eye and said the whole quick-tach would need replaced in a situation like this. We felt differently.

More welding work for ScottsMiracle-Gro this week on their new spray rig project. The new stainless steel bed will hold up to their chemical uses and protect the machine for years to come. We look forward to seeing it in action after they finish building the custom spray equipment. Thanks guys! 🌱🌿

MJ Design Associates is always looking to improve safety, efficiency, and esthetics. Here’s a simple mount we came up with for their mulch trailer for a big improvement on this coming season. It can’t accidentally unlock while dumping, and spring loaded to keep some pressure on the ramp to cut down on rattling. We also built a basket in the tongue for their needs. Photos in comments. So maybe we’re a little biased, and tend to mostly post our welding services. But we are long overdue for a huge thank you to all of our fleets and farms that keep us restless everyday with mechanical work. From emergency roadside repairs, to scheduled maintenance at a customer’s shop or job site, to jobs that get drug to us in pieces… we’re thankful for the overwhelming trust and loyalty from so many top notch companies. From fleets of 1, to 400 and climbing, thank you for keeping our wheels turning! 🇺🇸
