We’re back!!! 🌊 Eye warmly invite you to join us as we journey inward through this watery Nu Moon in Pisces Sound Baptism🌙 this Thursday, February 27th at 6:30pm. Ceremonial tea specially curated by my apothecary , followed by deep breathing practices and gentle movement to ground, will lead us into a portal of divine sound frequencies supporting a journey inward ॐ Indigenous instruments such as rain stick, water drum, hand drum, chimes, as well as a crystal sound bowl will bring you into deeper connection with your cells & the elements 🌿

Please bring a yoga mat, journal, and pen as well as any comfort items you wish to charge up ✨ A few extra mats will be available per request.

Reading for me has always been a form of meditation. As a student for life I don’t always make time for fiction but fiction is the best way to ignite my imagination. I’m able to still my mind from the world around me, get lost in my own laughter that my favorite authors bring about, and imagine the scenery, sounds, scents, and feel of emotions as I read between the lines and get lost in time. Very much enjoying this book. Make time for reading for pleasure. It’s a great way to exercise presence and ease. 💜
