These are 10 things that impacted me forever:

1. Failing spectacularly
It taught me resilience is built in the comeback, not the avoidance.

2. Losing someone close
Grief showed me life’s fragility and the urgency to love deeply now.

3. Traveling solo
It forced me to trust myself and discover strength I never knew existed.

4. Reading the right book at the right time
One idea can rewire your entire mindset and direction.

5. Saying “no” without guilt
Boundaries became my superpower for protecting peace and energy.

6. A random act of kindness from a stranger
It restored my faith in humanity and inspired me to pay it forward.

7. Hitting rock bottom
The only way left was up—it birthed my greatest growth.

8. Forgiving someone who didn’t deserve it
It freed me more than it freed them; resentment is a self-inflicted wound.

9. Consistent small habits
They compound into massive life changes—discipline over motivation.

10. Learning to be alone
Solitude revealed that my own company is the best I’ve ever had.

Do you ever catch yourself constantly rehearsing a conversation in your head, before it even happens? 💭

This habit can lead to making a lot of assumptions about the other person and increase overall anxiety (which makes you want to avoid the conversation in the first place!).

But don’t fret, there’s a solution! The key to breaking this cycle is to learn how to let go of the constant need to be in control.

Instead of constantly playing out scenarios in your head, focus on the present moment and practice mindfulness. Also, remind yourself that sometimes it’s okay to say something awkward!
By doing so, you can release the hold that these thoughts have on you and reduce stress and anxiety. 💆‍♀️

Remember, sometimes the best way to control a situation is to let go of control. 🌟 💪”

Listen up folks, it’s time to get serious about mental hygiene. Just like you wouldn’t go a week without showering, it’s important to give your brain a good scrub too! Here’show:
1️⃣ Ditch the negativity 💩 Surround yourself with positive vibes and people who lift you up, not bring you down.

2️⃣ Take a tech break 🚫 Your phone and social media can wait, give your brain a rest from the constant stimulation.

3️⃣ Get moving 🏃‍♀️ Exercise not only benefits your physical health but also boosts your mood and reduces stress.

4️⃣ Practice gratitude 🙏🏼 Don’t take the good things in life for granted, take time to reflect on all the blessings in your life.

5️⃣ Laugh it off 🤣 Laughter really is the best medicine, so go watch some funny videos, read a comedy or just hang out with friends who make you laugh.

6️⃣ Treat yo’self 🍫 Don’t forget to show yourself some love and self-care, whether it’s with a bubble bath or a juicy burger.

In conclusion, mental hygiene is just as important as physical hygiene. So go ahead, give your brain a good scrub and bask in the glow of good mental health.

GRIEF.

Some days feel like the calm, still waters of a morning at the lake. Other days are emotional tidal waves that rush in without warning.

On both days, it’s okay. To grieve in the stillness. To grieve through the waterfall of tears.

Allow the emotions to come and go. Feel what you need to feel so it can move through you, rather than pretending it isn’t there.

And then, one day, the space between the two grows longer and longer. You realize you made it through.
You hurt.
You felt.
You cried.
But you are (and will be) okay.

Not the version shaped by survival, performance, or approval—but the self that exists underneath all of that. The one that didn’t need to be fixed to be worthy. The one learning how to stay present without shrinking or bracing.

Self-love isn’t indulgence. It’s alignment.
