[ So You’re Over 30 And Your Body Is Changing ]

If you’re wondering why your body has all of a sudden, inexplicably changed (even if you’re still doing the same
workout) here’s why.

1- You’re probably putting too much focus on cardio and not nearly enough time on getting stronger.

Build more muscle = burn more calories going about your life

2- Your nutrition lacks enough protein, it’s too heavy in snacking, and it’s just too many calories. Or you’re on a diet and too focused on low calorie (1,200 or less) and you’re not eating enough protein too. Yes, you definitely need to bring your calories down if you want to burn fat. But you can burn fat at a smart pace by just dropping them by 200-500 per day. That’s just enough to bring your calories down to start burning fat. Even better, it’s not so low that you’ll feel miserably hungry.

3- Daily movement. While I’m a fan of cardio and having days you specifically spend time on cardio in the gym, our daily movement matters too!

When you get #1 and #2 right, then get up and move on a daily basis, you are burning fat organically.

Walk 30-60 minutes a day

Get your steps in by parking farther, taking steps, and just getting up from your desk more often.

This won’t be effective without doing the other two. But put them together, and the results will absolutely change your body.

Now focus on these habits and give it time! This is not a race.

Hopefully…it’s your new lifestyle.
