Every interaction can be a chance for connection — with no added appointments, no rigid drills, no overwhelm.

We’re already planning our next round of group programs for early 2026, and we’d love to keep you in the loop! If you’d like to be among the first to hear when registration opens, just email us at info@relateandgrow.com and we’ll make sure you get a direct reminder!

This past summer, Relate & Grow was thrilled to host two wonderful groups, our You & Me=We and My Inner Sense Interoception group. Together, these groups offered children and their parents meaningful opportunities for connection, play, and discovery.

Our You & Me=We group gave children the chance to connect with peers in a supportive, play-based environment, while therapists guided growth in functional, emotional, and social skills.

Our My Inner Sense group focused on helping children and parents understand Interoception, the “8th sense” that helps us notice and respond to signals from inside the body. Through sensory play, children developed skills in self-regulation and impulse control, while parents learned strategies to support their child’s interoceptive growth at home.

We witnessed so much growth this summer and are excited to share new opportunities with you soon!
