Meet Lynette Baltas, MS, PA-C—an experienced and compassionate provider who’s been a valued member of the Diley Medical Group team since 2017.

With over 18 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, Lynette holds a B.S. in Biology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from The University of South Alabama.

Her background spans primary care, internal medicine, cardiology, and emergency medicine, but her true passion lies in caring for geriatric patients. Today, Lynette focuses on delivering high-quality primary care in long-term care facilities, ensuring our senior patients receive the support and attention they deserve.

With over 20 years in nursing and more than a decade as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Sara is known for the strong relationships she builds with patients and her thoughtful, thorough approach to care.

A proud graduate of Kent State University and Otterbein University, Sara is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed as an Advanced Practice RN by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
