Hypermobile yogis! Give me 60 seconds and I’ll explain your mystery aches and pains🤸

5 years ago I just thought I was doing yoga really well.
Going deeper. Following the cues. And it felt GOOD.

Meanwhile… I was constantly hyperextending my spine in down dog, aaaaand my shoulders were paying for it 😬

No one tells hypermobile people this:👉 the cues that feel best might be the ones hurting you most

Once I learned how to support the pose instead of sinking into it? The pain disappeared.

If you’re naturally flexible, there’s a good chance you’re
going too deep - skipping the strength - and calling it a “good stretch”

Crazy but true - this is something you can literally TRAIN!

Most people think peace comes from life calming down. Is found on a vacation or that "someday" vision once you finally have or do _______...

Hate to say it, but it's just not true...

A real formula for true peace:
👉 E + R = O
(Event + Response = Outcome)

You can’t control everything happening around you and the law of averages says you won't always get things right…
but what you CAN do train how you respond to things.

Instead of waiting for life to slow down,
build in something that helps YOU slow down inside it.

Just start with one hour.
One hour where you’re not rushing, multitasking, or holding everything together.
That’s how you shift from reacting… to responding.

Let’s be honest…as much as you tell yourself that life will soon slow down, it rarely does.

The calendar stays full. The to do list keeps filling up. The noise doesn’t go away.

So instead of expecting life to magically calm down, you can change the way you move through it. And this is the game changer.

Yoga isn’t about escaping your life.
It’s about building the ability to stay steady within it.

To breathe when things feel chaotic.

To soften when your instinct is to react or tense up.

To come back to yourself - again and again.

This is your reminder: calm isn’t something you wait for.
It’s something you practice.
