Happy Thorās Day! 2 opportunities for exercise & stress relief anyone can do tonight on Zoom at 6:00 and 7:30pm. Why? Because when you donāt go within, you go without.
This world and this life might seem complicated and overwhelming, but if you feel that way, it tells me youāre not doing your personal practice. When you give yourself time to sit and breathe with your eyes closed and you allow the mind to become still, things are very simple, arenāt they? Itās just you. Just consciousness. Just rejuvenating, peaceful silence. And if you canāt get there, thatās why we have movements, mantras, breathing, postures, exercises and sequences (kriyas), mudras, specific meditations for healing a broken heart, clearing stress from the body/mind.
Iāve often said that the only thing that feels better than a yoga class is 2 yoga classes! The double dose! (Teaching or taking)
