Yoga Group class rates:
Groups of 4 or less- $1
5 per person
Groups of 5 or more- $10 per person

Pilates was originally designed after WW1 as a way of rehabilitating injured soldiers. Since then, Pilates has come a long way! There are a couple different ways to practice Pilates, I teach two- on a mat, and on a Pilates Reformer machine. Both offer the same great benefits, it's just two different ways of obtaining them! What are some of the benefits of Pilates?

Because Pilates works your whole body, instead of just focusing on one isolated muscle group, it's safe to practice daily. For the best results, it's recommended to do at least twice a week. It will take a couple sessions to get your breath and movement down right, so be patient. It's well worth it! What is Yoga?
