I'm currently offering Yoga, and Reformer Pilates classes for individuals, groups, and workplaces. I come to you and work with your schedule! Ask about my online fitness coaching!

**Reformer Pilates only available for private sessions

Yoga and Pilates private class rates:
$20 for one session
or buy a package
4 sessions for $65
8 sessions for $140

Yoga Group class rates:
Groups of 4 or less- $15 per person
Groups of 5 or more- $10 per person

Personal training session is $30 per hour. Package pricing available upon request. Want to bring Yoga to your workplace? Ask about corporate package pricing. What is Pilates? Pilates was originally designed after WW1 as a way of rehabilitating injured soldiers. Since then, Pilates has come a long way! There are a couple different ways to practice Pilates, I teach two- on a mat, and on a Pilates Reformer machine. Both offer the same great benefits, it's just two different ways of obtaining them! What are some of the benefits of Pilates?
-Improved posture and balance
-Longer, leaner muscles
-Stronger core (Pilates is a core work out!)
-Increased flexibility
-Mind body awareness (Helps relieve stress & anxiety)
Because Pilates works your whole body, instead of just focusing on one isolated muscle group, it's safe to practice daily. For the best results, it's recommended to do at least twice a week. It will take a couple sessions to get your breath and movement down right, so be patient. It's well worth it! What is Yoga? Yoga is a mind-body practice known for it's ability to reduce stress and improve your overall well-being. Some of it's physical benefits include:
-Improves balance/posture
-Relief from chronic back and neck pain
-Stronger bones
-Increase flexibility
It's also been shown to relieve anxiety, lower blood pressure, reduce your risk for heart disease, lower stress levels, improve lung capacity, improve brain function, lower blood sugar levels in diabetics and much more!
