Behaviors are built on changing small things every day, that build habits, and eventually become second nature. For those with more time right now... what a wonderful time to do just that.
Wake up a little earlier, go for a walk, read, do something that you simply enjoy, especially the things that usually have you thinking “I should probably be doing something productive right now”... doing something you enjoy IS productive.

So what’s the difference? Intention. Attention. Love. Energy. Give attention to something you want to grow, nurturing it properly, and literally sending good vibes towards the goal/plant/person/self. We can learn a lot from nature, and how nature can be affected by our energy.
Have you ever had a bad massage, or one that was out of this world amazing? You can’t even explain why sometimes, but I will tell you now... it’s intention! When a person puts their hands on you, you feel where their energy is directed. If it’s a bad massage, their attention is not on you or your body.
I’ve been there before too. I’ve gotten awful bodywork, and I’ve had great ones too. Now as a professional on the other side of things, I get it.

Hello everyone... my name is Moe. It has been 13 days since my last massage. Lately I’ve been staying busy with working out, being outside, helping my parents and doing some business prep/change. Mostly I am experiencing a different feeling... it’s HAVING NAILS! It’s been 3 years since nails people... 3 years! This is so weird... and yes this is long for us Massage folk!

I took an oath... to do no harm

It’s never an easy decision for a small business to close, especially when every penny counts. It took me a couple days of educating myself and really sitting with what felt right for me and what I stood for. In the end, I live to help people. At this time, helping my people, my community and my family... means closing my books and not traveling to homes for massage for the remainder of the month (will plan to re-open in April depending on the COVID-19 situation)
It’s definitely possible we are over reacting...
But also possible we are not reacting enough...
We each choose how we deal with this, and how we play our part. Let’s take this seriously but without panicking.

🎶 LET IT GROW... LET IT GROW!! In the New Year Cards I sent out I included some seed paper for 2020 manifestations. Paper... with seeds... that can GROW flowers. Brilliant s**t right there!
(Go get you some and do this with us! and accents on nature in Grandview usually have some)
On a small piece of seed paper, write out what you want to see grow this year. Is it success? Financial freedom? Maybe grace in handling your day to day activities? Consistent self care? Getting date nights with your partner back on the schedule so you can reconnect?
Whatever it is, be simple and general with what you write down.
With each step of this, find intention and joy. From the moment the idea is born in your head, to writing it down, planting it, and taking care of it... radiate love every step of the way.
When you see your plant, feel that manifestation as a part of your current reality.
When you water it, smile and be thankful for its presence and gift.
When you talk to, play music or sing to it (or however you nurture in your own way), do it with intention!..
Along with your dreams for this year, I hope to you enjoy the small batch of beautiful wildflowers you will get to enjoy and watch grow together. Sending love and growth to all of you!! ❤️ 🌱
