Our facility was previously called Yorkland Park Care Center and was completely renovated in August of 2012 when we renamed the facility to McNaughten Pointe. McNaughten Pointe is a 131 bed skilled nursing facility, specializing in short term rehabilitation, dementia care, and long term care services. Each unit has their own unique qualities and are divided into small neighborhoods within the facility. The Atrium at McNaughten Pointe is the premier 26 bed short term rehab unit specializing in post-acute care. Our patients enjoy the best clinical services around with RN’s around the clock, orthopedic nurse practitioners and expert therapists. We also recently teamed up with the Sound Physicians group who follow their patients from the Mt. Carmel system to our facility during their stay. The rooms are spacious and homelike with private restrooms. Patients enjoy a modern atmosphere with state of the art technologies.
