Happy Nurses Appreciation Week!

At Cotter House, we are beyond grateful for the incredible nurses who pour their hearts into caring for our residents every single day. Their compassion and leadership inspire our entire team to go above and beyond—giving 110% in everything they do.

Our nurses are the kind voices, loving hands and guiding light for both our residents and caregivers. Simply put… we couldn’t do what we do without them! Join us in celebrating these amazing humans this week (and every week)!

We are less than 3 weeks away from our 5th annual Booze Bingo! Don't wait until its too late, get your tickets now! The grand prize is a bourbon barrel bar with 25 different liquors valuing at over $2,000. Tickets are $20 for 1 or 6 for $100. You do not have to be in attendance to win. We still have event tickets as well! $50 in advance or $60 at the door. Tickets include 7 bingo games, 2 drinks and a traditional Hawaiian Luau dinner! Please meet Bob. Bob is a Day Friend at Cotter. He is one of the coolest guys! At Cotter one of the things we focus on is purpose and what that looks like for our residents and Day Friends. Bob is a helper to his core. If something needs moved, he’s there. Paper needs shredded, count on Bob. Boxes need broken down for recycling, Bob is your guy. Setting up for a party, Bob will help. If it needs done, Bob wants to do it. Bob brings joy and laughter to Cotter House and Cotter House brings purpose and belonging to Bob. Bob might love coming to Cotter House but truly we are the real winners in this relationship.

Big Huge Congratulations to our very own Kiley Ritenour! She took her ASWB Licensing Exam and passed with flying colors! One more big step, her graduation on May 10, is the last step in her journey to becoming a Licensed Social Worker for the State of Ohio! Way to go Kiley!
