Other than the relationships in our lives, I’ve learned that nothing else seems to matter if we don’t feel good. I was struggling with a hurt shoulder for over a month and it finally feels good again! 🙌🏼 This is a fantastic group to feel good with and push our limits!💦💪🏻💦

Happy World Gratitude Day! 🌎 A little gratitude can have a big impact on your health and happiness.
Did you know that practicing gratitude can actually rewire your brain for the positive? Studies show it can lead to better sleep, lower stress, and a stronger immune system. That’s something we should embrace!
I’m so grateful for the opportunity to work with each and every one of my clients and to be a part of this amazing community. Thank you for your trust and for letting me share in your wellness journey!
In honor of World Gratitude Day, let’s turn appreciation into action. Practice consistency, track your progress, and watch the transformation unfold. If you’re ready to start your wellness journey, I’m here to help! 🤍 Email me at ShellySpaleCutler@me.com to schedule your coaching appointment.
Remember, encouragement is like a boomerang; when thrown correctly, it will come back to you. Let’s send some positive energy out into the world on World Gratitude Day and watch it return. 💫
Gratitude isn’t just a feel good habit. It has measurable benefits for your physical health. Studies show it lowers stress hormones, improves sleep, supports your immune system, and even helps your heart. Every time you pause to practice, you’re not only lifting your mood — you’re strengthening your body.
Today’s challenge: 😊
Write 3 Things You’re Grateful For
Focus on simple blessings from the past 24 hours.
Savor the Moment Checklist
Pick one and bring it to life with your senses:
See – Picture it clearly.
Hear – Recall the sounds.
Feel – Notice the emotion in your body.
Breathe – Inhale deeply, exhale slowly.
Anchor – Place your hand over your heart, smile, and let it sink in.
Person You’re Grateful For & Why
Write about someone who has added goodness to your life.
Gratitude Scripting
Imagine a small but powerful future win — finishing a project, crossing a finish line, or following through on something important. Describe it in detail and let yourself feel the joy as if it’s already real and happened.
💡 Tip: Small wins matter. Just like muscles grow stronger with every rep, your brain and body grow stronger with every moment of gratitude. By completing this short gratitude exercise, you’ve already proven to yourself that it is possible — and the benefits will only keep multiplying. Woohoo!
“Gratitude has measurable benefits for your physical health.” – Dr. Andrew Weil

“Let’s stop the glorification of busy.”
-Guy Kawasaki
Time moves fast & we are in such a hurry
We are the giddyup generation. We weave through traffic, looking for the faster lane. We frown at the person who takes eleven items into the ten-item express checkout. We drum our fingers while the song downloads or the microwave heats our coffee. “Come on, come on.” We want six-pack abs in ten minutes and minute rice in thirty seconds. We don’t like to wait. Not on the doctor, the traffic, or the pizza.
Hurry is the enemy of beauty.
Some days it feels impossible to silence our minds or slow the pace of our lives. Our schedules, demands, and responsibilities are moving us through the months so fast that we barely have the strength at the end of a day to do any soul-searching or prayerful reflecting. Our heads hit our pillows, and the next thing we know our alarms are going off again.
Many of us are just too busy to live emotionally healthy, spiritually rich and vibrant & beautiful lives.
As you move through your days this week, pay attention to your body, the sensations of hurry, stress, distraction, or irritation that you feel. Notice how they inhibit your ability to be present, then pause & simply breathe, find balance & enjoy your beautiful life! Your mind will thank you! 😊

It’s a brand-new week, which means fresh opportunities to show up for you. Whatever last week looked like — wins, challenges, or a mix of both — it’s in the rearview. This week, you get to decide how you move forward. I want you to pick one thing you’re going to crush this week. Maybe it’s hitting your workouts, focusing on time management, positive self-talk, staying consistent with your nutrition, getting your steps in, or prioritizing sleep. Drop what you’re going to work on in the comments below soI can cheer you on! Remember: small, consistent actions → big results. Let’s make this week count. You’ve got this, and I’m right here with you every step of the way.
If you need help setting or resetting your goals, please message me to set up a coaching call. I am here to support you as a brainstorming partner or simply a sounding board & I have a few spots open yet this month.

I guess they say your “cancerversary” is the day you finish treatment… if so, today is my 7 year! 💝 I vividly remember the day when the radiologist told me I had an “angry” cancer in my breast. I walked out of the hospital, sat in the car by myself, shed a lot of tears and prayed that I would be ok. I think God must have been shaking His head & laughing at me since He knew the plan.
I think part of His plan, was my teaching Fitness classes for 10 years before I was diagnosed - I truly believe that time was spent to strengthen me. I firmly believe starting to strengthen my body 20 years ago -at a time in my life when I didn’t feel very strong, also strengthened my mind to prepare me for what was ahead. Not just for breast cancer, but all the other hills and valleys in life.
I continued to teach throughout Breast Cancer and I still absolutely love to teach fitness classes, several times a week, but haven’t taught at 5 AM for about 4 years… today I had the opportunity to do what I love bright and early at 5:15 AM. Ironic, timely, planned.🤷🏼♀️
While teaching this morning, my brain was going a mile a minute, thinking about all the things that have transpired over the last seven years, as well as the last seven months. I kept thinking that if it wasn’t for my faith & working out, I’m not sure where I’d be. I would be lying if I said I haven’t questioned God and even been mad at Him during that timeframe, but I recently heard the song, “Won’t start now” & it has been on repeat for me lately to remind me of God’s faithfulness and that He’s got this. I truly believe strength has saved me, God’s and consistently working on mine.🙌🏼💪🏻🤍
Today, we honor and remember those who gave their lives in service to our country. It's a day of reflection, gratitude, and connection — and a beautiful reminder of the strength and resilience we all carry.
As you enjoy time with loved ones, maybe a little sunshine and a good BBQ, remember: consistency doesn’t mean perfection. If you’re focusing on protein, water, and being present, you’re doing exactly what you need to do.
Whether you’re traveling, hosting, or resting — keep those small promises to yourself. They matter.
Proud of you. Grateful for you. Let’s keep showing up — strong, intentional, and full of heart. 🏋🏼♂️❤️💪🏻
