Our Lewis Center Staff of the Month is.... Faith!!!
Faith, you have been so helpful and informative to the staff that are cross training from other sites. We truly appreciate your willingness to show them a few of the things that we do here in Lewis Center and shadow with you. Additionally, in reading over your kudos cards, we really loved all of the art work that you drew on the cards and how personal you made all of them for each friend! You are always considerate and thoughtful of each friend and your fellow teammates, and make sure they all feel accepted. Way to go Faith, keep up the great work!

Congratulations Alli on being voted staff of the month at UA for the month of June!

Alli, you are like a hot air balloon that lifts this entire site high up into the sky. All of our friends and staff know we are safe in our wicker basket below you as you constantly pull us up to heights unknown. Without your strength and leadership, we would no doubt come crashing down to the ground and perish in a fiery explosion. Through rough winds and bird migrations, you navigate the skies and dodge all obstacles to help your team soar to success. You hold us all up, and we are so grateful.

But seriously, Alli, we love you! We appreciate everything you do, big and small, to keep green team and our entire site running smoothly. It's no wonder our friends adore you and know they can always count on you to have their back.
