Case #58 Retreatment case "Please Read the way of management below" from the 10th Anniversary of Timeless Endodontics Originals.

#46 or #30 for Single Visit Symptomatic Retreatment.

Managed by 20° Horizontal Degree Mesial and Distal Shift Preoperative periapical radiograph.

Pre-mechanical using elements free plunger, then Endostar endostar Revision for defining of the coronal and beginning of middle using 30 8%, then to full Working length using 25 6%.

Chemical Disinfection was done from the first second, even before the first file, using my different 4 irrigation solutions.

Canals are dry and obturated using Grey MTA carried by MAP System apically then Elements Free.

Is the 26 minutes proper time for proper Mechanical Preparation and Chemical Disinfection to clean intra-canal space for this Retreatment?

For me, being Manual-Less is a gift to me and my patients, But the X-ray and Apical 1/3 for you to judge.
