Fun fact- 13 yrs ago today I graduated from massage school. Hard to believe it’s been that long. And looking back to see how far I’ve come is truly astounding some days. But here I am. ☺️

Today officially marks the one year anniversary of taking clients at Kneaded Relief Massage and Wellness. I never thought I would be off on my own, never thought I would be good at it either. I have so many clients and friends to thank for that. So many of you have supported me through the years and through this transition. Even with a move in the middle of the year to an amazing new space. All those ups and downs.
And one person who is not, of course my parents or my husband that I’m going to spotlight is Mrs Gloria Tibbs ( ). She was the very first person on my table when I opened my doors at the beginning of 2025 and she was the very first person to come through the doors today exactly one year later, and it just seems like all is right in the world being that way. Thank you to all of you for being absolutely amazing 🖤 here’s to making 2026 even more awesome

Bittersweet day. Today we load up Kneaded Relief and move from our original space on 4th Ave and move to our new space. Bigger and better things to come!

Today marks six months ago putting in my notice that I was leaving a very toxic work environment. That went unremarked upon until literally my last day. It’s fine, it was absolutely for the best!

And today to celebrate National Skilled Nursing Care Week, I am out Merit House in Toledo doing chair massages for all the wonderful staff. This is my first event that I have done on my own, and it has been wonderful to say the least. The staff has been so welcoming and thankful. But it’s me who is thankful; if I hadn’t of left that toxic work environment, hadn’t put my notice in six months ago, I wouldn’t be here today as Kneaded Relief Massage & Wellness. It’s been a blessing to be able to leave and go off on my own, and to have a work life balance I NEVER thought I would be able to have.
