She’s one of the best!!! Congratulations Jenn! CHI Health Schuyler
Earlier today, CHI Health Schuyler announced Jenn Baier as the recipient of the 2025 Caring Kind Award.
This accolade, presented by the Nebraska Hospital Association (NHA), recognizes exceptional healthcare professionals who consistently exhibit remarkable levels of compassion towards patients. The awardees, like Jenn, distinguish themselves not only through the dedication to their job duties, but also to their commitment of delivering exceptional service.
Every year, healthcare institutions have the honor of selecting one individual from each location for recognition by the NHA at its annual convention. Jenn will be celebrated during the Caring Kind Awards Luncheon, a highlight of the 2025 NHA Convention scheduled for October.
Jenn's nominations emphasize how she consistently demonstrates genuine care and concern for her colleagues and patients, always willing to lend a listening ear and offer guidance, resolving issues in a fair and impartial manner. She is also recognized for going above and beyond to volunteer on many external events representing our campus even though she is busy with her family and church activities when not working. Jenn has an unwavering commitment to advocating for those in need. She is patient, thoughtful and caring and is the first to jump in and help support anyone in need. Jenn's caring spirit and leadership, make her deserving of this award. Congratulations Jenn, on a well deserved recognition!.
