My goal is to help change lives and pay it forward

I am a certified Independent Health Coach and I lost 109.1 pounds and have maintained this loss for over 7 months now and accomplished my Body Health goals in a community based support system with a large group of amazing people. Through fellowship, support, motivation, and the support of other clients and coaches. It was really incredibly easy and I am an overly detailed person too! Literally, you just follow the program and be an active member of the group and weight just falls off. I am wanting to pay this forward by helping my friends and family, and really anyone looking to have a healthy mind, healthy body, and healthy finances. I plan to post inspirational quotes, guides on how to live more healthfully, and give people the opportunity to reach out to me and go on the health journey together. Sometimes it is just to talk and learn, sometimes it can be to join my program, sometimes it could be just to see posts. Either way it is a no pressure, no stress, place to uncover our dreams.
