While our regular Grace in Grieving session wrapped up last week, we’re opening the door to continued support. Starting next month, we’ll offer a monthly support group for past participants and anyone new who may need a space to heal.

UPDATES‼️ You may have heard that .7 is starting a new Thursday evening service. We will continue to offer Ridge Recovery on Thursdays, but it will look a little different. We'll begin at 6:00pm in the Conference Room, break at 6:50 for coffee/social time, and then transition to the Auditorium to attend the service together. Child Care will be provided for the hour before the service and normal kids programs will be happening during the service. We're excited to offer this full evening of support to our community! We're going to switch to this new format on March 26th.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, grief, burnout, or just the “what am I even doing with my life?” season (very relatable), you don’t have to do it alone.

Here, you’ll find:
• Real conversations (no pretending required)
• Support from people who get it
• Tools for mental and emotional health
• Connection, encouragement, and hope

Come as you are. Sit where you are. Grow at your own pace.
No pressure. No fixing. No awkward icebreakers that make you question your life choices. 😉

🧠 Mental Health Signs You Shouldn’t Ignore 🛑

We’re really good at powering through.
Smiling anyway.
Telling ourselves, “It’s fine.”

But some signs are worth paying attention to—not because you’re weak, but because you’re human.

If you’ve noticed:
• Constant exhaustion (even after rest)
• Changes in sleep or appetite
• Feeling numb, hopeless, or on edge
• Pulling away from people you love
• Struggling to cope with everyday stress

👉 Those are signals, not failures.
