🧠 Pelvic pain is NOT just “in your head” - and it’s NOT something you have to live with.

I hear stories from women in every season:
💙 Young women
🩷 Postpartum moms
💜 Women in menopause
🩵 Survivors healing after cancer

And I want to say:
Your body is not broken.
It is wonderfully made.
And healing is possible. 💗

In this video, I’m sharing:
💙 The mind / body connection of pelvic pain
💜 What it can feel like
🩷 How I approach healing - with evidence-based tools + a faith-filled view of how God designed the body to function

You don’t have to walk this journey alone 💕 If this resonates with you or someone you love, send me a message or head to WonderfullyMadePT.com for more info. I’d be honored to walk with you.

POLL❓Have you ever wondered, “What does a pelvic floor PT actually help with?”

Cliff Notes version: pelvic pain, bladder issues, & bowel issues … these symptoms are common - but not normal.

Whether you’re a young woman who’s never been s*xually active, pregnant, postpartum, no kids, post-cancer, or years into quietly managing pelvic floor symptoms, you don’t have to “just live with it.” 💗

Pelvic floor / women’s health physical therapy is gentle, trauma-informed, and focused on restoring hope, function, dignity, and quality of life.

You were wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). And healing is possible - with care, compassion, and hope 💕

What a lovely spring!

🌸 Helping young women find relief from pelvic pain

🎗️Speaking to a breast cancer support group - a moment that felt deeply personal and full circle

🎓 And after 5 years of classes, labs, and a 36-page paper … I officially earned my CAPP - Pelvic Health certification through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)!!

If you’re new here, welcome!! 🤗 If you’ve been around for a while, thank you!! 💗 See y’all soon!

If you’re a fellow breast cancer survivor, I would love to invite you to the support group at John B. Amos Cancer Center on Wednesday, May 14th at 12:00 pm - where I will share as a survivor & women’s health physical therapist about how to manage the breast & pelvic health side effects of cancer treatment 💕

I’ve been a women’s health physical therapist for 5 years & have treated several cancer survivors … However, after experiencing the side effects of a double mastectomy, breast reconstruction, chemo, immunotherapy, and radiation, I have a VERY different perspective about treating & managing the long term breast & pelvic health side effects 💗

To my dear friends that are survivors of any other type of cancer, I would love to help you as well 🤗 If you have a group of cancer friends that get together for coffee … or attend a different cancer support group like I do at my church, I’d love to connect & share a similar presentation 💕

We all deserve to thrive … not just survive cancer 💪🏼💗

No woman should have to navigate pain, loss, or recovery alone 🤗💕🤗

This testimony is a powerful reminder of why I returned to work after having Savannah and finishing cancer treatment this year: to offer HOPE and healing. 💕

Pelvic and breast health challenges - whether from childbirth, cancer, or the unexpected turns of life - can feel isolating, but healing is possible. I’m deeply grateful to walk alongside women in every season, helping them restore their bodies. If you’re struggling with pelvic pain, weakness, or anything that feels “off” in your body, know that there is HOPE. You are wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) 💗

🌸 The Creator of the universe, the earth, and these flowers knows and cares for YOU. 🌸

As I sat among these beautiful flowers at the Fields of Grace Flower Farm, I was reminded of Jesus’ words in Matthew 6 - “Look at the flowers of the field - how beautifully they grow. They do not labor or toil, yet not even Solomon in all his splendor was dressed like one of these.” If God clothes the flowers with such beauty and cares for the tiny sparrows, how much more does He care for you?

When we feel overwhelmed - by pelvic pain, urinary urgency, or bowel struggles - it’s easy to carry the weight alone. But we are not alone. We are invited to release our burdens and rest in His care.

Diaphragmatic breathing isn’t just an exercise in pelvic floor physical therapy - it’s an opportunity to pause, breathe, and receive God’s love. He sees you. He cares for you. And He is with you.

💗Breath Prayer:
🌿 Inhale: I give my burdens to You
🌿 Exhale: Because You care for me. (1 Peter 5:7)

Curious how this type of breathing can help with pelvic pain, urinary leaks, or constipation? Let’s chat! Head to WonderfullyMadePT.com a FREE 15-minute consult. 💕

Fun fact Friday: breathing is really good for you! 😉

Most people take short, shallow breaths at the TOP of their chest instead of taking deep, full breaths DOWN into their belly.

Now, together, let’s take a deep breath 😮‍💨As you inhale, imagine filling a big balloon in your belly and pelvis … ahhhhh. That’s the kind of deep, full-body breath your body really needs and wants 🤗

Curious how better breathing can help with pelvic pain, leaks, or constipation? Let’s chat! Head over to WonderfullyMadePT.com for a FREE 15-minute consult. 💕

The Story Behind the Brand: Part 2

🎨 Colors tell a story. They evoke emotions, spark memories, and carry deep meaning. That’s why I carefully curated Wonderfully Made’s brand colors—not just for aesthetics, but to reflect the heart behind my practice.

✨ Clear Blue Sky – A soft blue that represents hopes and dreams, reminding us to look up and trust in God’s plan.

🎗 Cancer Ribbon Colors – I chose shades representing cervical, uterine, vaginal, vulvar, and ovarian, and breast cancer ribbons. These colors are a tribute to the journeys so many women walk through, including my own.

🌅 Sunrise & Sunset Hues – Two of the most peaceful and breathtaking times of the day. A reminder that healing, renewal, and beauty are always present, even in the midst of hard seasons.

Every detail in Wonderfully Made, from the logo to the colors, was intentionally designed to reflect hope, healing, and faith in the way I serve my patients. Again, heartfelt thanks to for making my dreams a reality!

💕 If you’re curious to learn more, have questions, or are ready to schedule a FREE 15-minute consult, visit the link in my bio for FAQs, services, and booking. I’d love to walk this journey with you!

The Story Behind the Brand: Part 1 💕

✨ I believe God has fearfully and wonderfully made every part of the body, including the pelvis and breasts (Psalm 139:14). I believe He desires redemption, healing, and freedom from pain and shame for our bodies. These truths have shaped not only how I care for my patients but also the very foundation of this practice.

Because of that, the Wonderfully Made logo was created with deep meaning:
🌀 The curves represent breasts and the female reproductive system, honoring God’s intricate design.
🎗️ The loops symbolize ribbons for breast and GYN cancer awareness, a tribute to the journeys so many women walk through, including myself.
✍️ The hand-drawn style reflects personalized, grace-filled care, because every woman deserves to be seen, known, and supported.

🤗 Credit and many thanks go to for taking an idea and doodle and making it a reality. Thank you so much for this beautiful logo and branding, as well as your wisdom and patience to teach me about being a small-business owner 🫶🏼
