This past weekend, a family came in for a mediumship session. At the close of our heartfelt time together, one member asked about her father-in-law’s final moments.

As I connected, I saw an old-fashioned clock on the wall. The hands pointed exactly to 4:00. The energy was silent and still empty of any presence except the quiet peace surrounding him. He showed me how he was in and out before his soul gently released from his body.

I sensed he moved on without fear or pain, held tenderly by Spirit in that sacred moment. Later, she shared that he had indeed passed at 4:00 p.m., alone but surrounded by unseen love. I felt deeply honored to witness that peaceful transition alongside her.

Spirit communicates in countless ways through images, feelings, sounds, or sudden knowing. The more we trust and share what we receive, the clearer these messages become. Sometimes the details are small, like the time on a clock; other times, they are profound and life-changing. This reminds us that even the smallest details can bring validation and healing.

Don’t rush the situation. Divine timing and our timing are rarely the same. When we try to speed up a relationship, project, or life experience, we can skip important lessons that shape the perfect outcome. Wherever you are right now is exactly where you’re meant to be. If this waiting stirs anxiety, ask yourself why. What fears come up when things don’t move fast enough? What if we stopped labeling outcomes as “best” or “worst” and simply let them unfold without judgment?

Center – Masculine Energy

But when we live too much in the masculine especially in relationships we block the softer energy we also need.
