PrimaryOne Health got its start in May of 1997, when seven Columbus Community Health Centers (Billie Brown Jones Health Center, ECCO Family Health, Franklinton Health Center, Hilltop Health Center, John R. Stephen’s) merged into what was once known as Columbus Neighborhood Health Center, Inc. The U.S Department of Health and Human Services designated CNHC a federally qualified health center to inc

rease access to health care in Columbus, OH. Today, eleven health centers remain, all located within culturally and economically diverse neighborhoods of Columbus and Circleville. PrimaryOne Health's commitment to high-quality service, personal patient care, and access to state-of–the-art technology enables us to remain the fastest growing urban health center in Central Ohio. Our patients have access to primary healthcare, dental and vision services, nutrition planning, diabetes education, physical therapy and other specialty medical services for the entire family within their own neighborhood.
