Sometimes when an experience is so potent, so powerful and impactful, it takes time to process. I’m still integrating all the gifts of leading this retreat to . I look back at the memories of the content, the culmination of more than a decade of teaching, and I am so proud of what I crafted.
Twice daily asana that summoned our healing and amplification of each element, a meditation workshop, inversions workshop, Acro yoga and Thai yoga massage workshop, breathwork and yoga nidra worked in concert to open, balance, restore, reset, and revive us. Powerful energetic experiences and releases were my honor to witness. The feedback still brings tears to my eyes. All I wanted was to offer the practices I find most valuable and see what would happen. What I received was a masterclass in cocreation with the universe that will stay with me till my last moments in this life. I am SO grateful. That I responded to my hearts call, that I had faith and support enough to go, that I had the vision and experience to curate something so powerful, that the staff and property are so magnificent, that the travel aligned smoothly and perfectly, that the land and food nourished me enough to give at this level, that I was receiving as deeply as I was giving, that 14 people came from all over the world to share this with me. What a trip. 🌿🌺🌴🌅
